Owner Brooks Henderson has been in the Custom Homes and Home Renovation business since 1997 and established Henderson Building Group, LLC in 2008. Growing up in Atlanta in a real estate family, he became keenly aware of the building process early on. After working with the area’s largest luxury builder, Brooks wanted to provide a more personal approach for homeowners, whether they were looking for a new custom home or a complete home renovation. We are locally owned and operated and continue to work with many trade partners that have been part of our team since the beginning. We have earned a reputation for integrity, quality construction and excellent service. Brooks is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and cheers on his Tigers all year.

Brooks’ wife and co-owner Amy heads up our marketing efforts through social media and working closely with our marketing partner ATW Marketing. Together, Brooks and Amy have two sons, Jacob and Jesse.

Sam Neault joined our team in 2021 as Project Manager. After working in the field for several years in home renovations Sam decided to expand his craft to include building custom homes from the ground up. Sam is a lifelong resident of the Lake Norman area, and an excellent addition to our team.
