Henderson Building Group just finished up my lake house in Mooresville. I am legitimately smitten. My house is absolutely beautiful. Equally important as the end result, was the process. This is my second custom home, and Brooks and his team were AMAZING. His approach is so great, he’s so easy to work with – and his team of subcontractors and vendors are equally fantastic, not to mention his project manager Sam, who is a delight. I had a couple of hurdles (nothing to do with the build itself) and Brooks helped me navigate so nicely. I highly recommend Brooks for any home build/reno needs you may have. Brooks built us a great new house. Not only was he knowledgeable and an expert at homebuilding, he was extremely responsive throughout the process with every issue that came up during the construction process. We are still sometimes blown away by the quality of our new house. Like every brand new house, we have had some issues with warranty items and small repairs, and Brooks is always willing to jump in at a moment’s notice in addressing it. In addition to Brooks being our contractor, I also consider him a friend, and if we ever build again in the area he’s the first person I’ll call.
